How it works
02 · Keys stay with the PC
A license belongs to one computer.
Expirations show up inside 90 days. When you replace a laptop, the keys move with it and the old PC is retired.
03 · One bill they can pay
A fleet fee plus a fee for each enrolled PC.
You can also invoice for licenses, labor, or hardware. Stripe holds the card.

The PCs stay current
Windows Update can stay on for an entire fleet, with a per-PC override.
When a specific update needs to go out, name it and send it to the fleet or a single machine.
Software packages install only after the file checks out.
Getting started
Step 1 — Request access
Tell us the fleet and roughly how many PCs. This form does not open an account.
Step 2 — We open the fleet
You receive a fleet admin invite. That admin adds viewers and editors. They cannot create another fleet admin.
Step 3 — They add a card
The fleet fee and the per-PC fee renew on that card. Any invoices you send can be paid from the same billing page.

Dollar amounts are set when the fleet is opened. Monthly or yearly.
